To be accepted, the films must match at the festival's theme :

Short film competition :

For projections of non French speaking films, a print of diffusion subtitled in French will be required.
For films without subtitles, it will then be asked an excel (.xls) sheet or .SRT sheet by e-mail with the following format:
- 3 columns entries: TC IN / TC OUT / French translation
- As many lines as needed for the entire list of dialogues

The festival accepts only films directed by students in cinema schools.

For selection, 2 (two) DVD must be sent.

In absence of a french version, the documentary must be sent along with its complete script in french, english or spanish (upload at the step 5.2)

To be accepted, the films must match at the festival's theme :
anguish, the bizarre, the fantastic, horror, fantasy, the paranormal, fear, science fiction, the supernatural, thriller, suspense and zombies.

In either case, signed entry form must be sent by post to the festival.

The festival accepts only French films of filmmakers under 30 years old (born after 1 January 1983).

Cinessonne, the Festival of European Film in the Essonne’s purpose has been two-fold: promoting cinematic expression in Europe and participating in the development of a cinematic policy for the Essonne involving a network of partners throughout the department, particularly the “art house” cinemas.

The PDF entry form of the on-line submission, printed, dated and signed must be sent with 2 DVDs of the film (one of them is for the Film Market) and must be postmarked May 30th 2013 at the latest.

- FOR THE FILMS COMPLETED IN 2013, the deadline for entries is July 15th 2013.

Air, fight, wind and all aerial sports: paragliding, hanggliding, skydiving, hot air balloon, sailplane... Motorized aerial sports are limited to paramotor, ultralight hang-gliding and paragliding, model aircraft and aerobatics.

This competition is opened to films including in majority 2D/3D sequences.
