It is edited by: l'Agence du court métrage (short film agency) 2 rue de Tocqueville 75017 Paris France in association with Carrefour des festivals, le Syndicat des producteurs indépendants (The Association of Independant Producers), and the Société des réalisateurs de films (the Film Directors' Organization). A commitee includind representatives from these four structures is watching over its good work. Its development and its management are handled by l'Agence du court métrage (short film agency) This service is supported by C.N.C. (Centre National de la Cinématographie) and by PROCIREP (the Société des Producteurs de Cinéma et de Télévision).
