Highlight the achievements of young people under 25, professionals, future professionals, amateurs, film students or self-taught. The festival aims to be a place of conviviality and exchange. The objective is to screen their film in cinema condition and to find distribution channels. The festival is part of enriching the cultural offering of short films with screenings aimed at adults, seniors and young audiences. We thus wish to promote the creation and cinematographic practice of young people, Encourage vocations and grow talents. We want to show cinema professionals the dynamism of our territory both in terms of film lovers and in terms of potential for cinematographic creation. In this sense, we will encourage local economic actors to promote cultural policy and artistic expression by establishing partnerships and sponsorships.
