The Tout Court ! Festival of Gisors is a short film festival whose particularity is to involve teenagers and young adults in the heart of its design, including selections.
It offers a professional film competition decided by a professional jury, a high school jury, the city of Gisors and the audience of the festival. At the same time, it places a lot of emphasis on amateur and studio creation. It is a crucible to encourage creation, especially in the territory of Gisors and surrounding areas.
All selected films (including in the amateur section) compete at a minimum for a public prize.
Participants are reminded that young underage teenagers are part of the selection committees.They are therefore asked to be particularly vigilant as to the suitability of the films they register (see rules for details).
In solidarity with people who are deaf or hard of hearing, we recommend that participants provide French subtitles with their French-language films.
Films for main and parallel selection. Main selections run for jury and public award, parallel selections run for public award.

Films for this section must have been produced in an amateur context: no commercial production, nor professionnal institution or school.
They run for the festival's public award.
