Festival francophone du reportage court France Monde - France Océans

Planète Jeunes Reporters is organizing, in collaboration with the Club Audiovisuel de Vichy, the 9th French-speaking short reporting festival France Monde – France Océans. This Festival is intended on the one hand for young people aged 18 to 35, and on the other hand for the Alliances françaises, middle and high schools. This Festival takes place in 2 stages: • 1st phase: Sending reports and Competition The theme of the 2024-2025 edition is: THE PARTY. Reports lasting 3 to 5 minutes must reach us: o for October 15, 2024, 10 p.m. GMT, for young people aged 18 to 35, o by December 15, 2024, 10 p.m. GMT, for the Alliances françaises, middle and high schools. All reports sent to us must be filmed in French or subtitled in French, if they are filmed in another vernacular language. The reports will then compete for different prizes, for example: Jury Prize, Youth Prize, Office Franco-Québécois pour la Jeunesse Prize, Cavilam Francophonie Plurielle Prize, Alliance Française, College and High School Prize. • 2nd phase: Festival and awards ceremony Each year, a country is honored. For the 9th edition, the Amazon and Brazil will be in the spotlight, as part of the France-Brazil crossover season. So for one week, from March 30 to April 5, 2025, film screenings, interventions by journalists in schools, etc. will be organized in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes. This 9th edition of the Festival will have as godfather, Ivan Kabacoff, journalist and presenter of Destination Francophonie, on TV5 Monde. The festival will end on April 5, 2025 with the presentation of the competition prizes. The winners will then be invited to come and collect their prize on this occasion.
