The Rouen Short Film Festival, organized by the "Courtivore" association is open to all (amateurs and professionals).Animated films, comedies, dramas, thrillers ... All genres of cinema can be represented, the only constraint required of films being not to exceed 30 minutes.

The Rouen Short-Film Festival, organized by the association "Courtivore" will take place from May 13 to June 13, 2026.
All genres are accepted (fiction, documentary, animation, experimental...).
The duration of a short film will not exceed 30 minutes.
The production date must be after January 1, 2024.

The general competition of the festival takes place in 3 "acts" and a final.
At the end of each of the three acts (that is to say, three different selections of about 6 or 7 films each) the public will select the short films they have preferred. The 6 films thus selected will be rebroadcast and will be the subject of a final selection by the public during the festival’s final.

Le Festival du Court-Métrage de Rouen, organisé par l'association "Courtivore" se déroulera dans la période 13 Mai au 13 Juin 2026.
La section compétition jeune public est destinée à l'organisation de séance jeune public et scolaires à destination d'enfant âgés entre 6 et 10 ans (niveau écoles élémentaire).
Tous les genres sont acceptés. Le public scolaire de ces projections désignera par vote le gagnant de cette compétition jeune public.
