The Rouen Short Film Festival, organized by the "Courtivore" association is open to all (amateurs and professionals).Animated films, comedies, dramas, thrillers ... All genres of cinema can be represented, the only constraint required of films being not to exceed 30 minutes.

Selection of films for the festival competition. All genres are accepted. Max duration 30 min.
