Festival du Film Franco-Arabe de Noisy-le-Sec (FFFA) is an annual showcase in partnership with the cinema Le Trianon (Romainville), which promotes cultural exchange within the Franco-Arab community.

The Franco-Arab Film Festival is co-organized by the City of Noisy-le-Sec, in partnership with Le Trianon Cinema and Est Ensemble. The 14th edition of the FFFA will take place from November 7 to 16, 2025, at Le Trianon Cinema.
Since 2013, the Franco-Arab Film Festival of Noisy-le-Sec has organized a short film competition each year. This competition highlights the short film format and showcases current Franco-Arab productions. The selected films will make up a program to be screened during the 2025 edition.
The festival aims to spotlight short films that offer a unique perspective, that dare to break away from expected representations, and that explore contemporary themes and underrepresented viewpoints. Filmmakers and producers are invited to submit works that raise questions, spark debate, and offer original insight into the realities of the Arab world and its diasporas and communities in France—far from the usual clichés.

Specific criteria
• Must have been produced by one or more of the 22 member countries of the Arab League and/or France;
• Must be related to the identity of the festival;
• Each filmmaker may submit only one film.
