Festival du Film Franco-Arabe de Noisy-le-Sec (FFFA) is an annual showcase co-organized with the cinema Le Trianon, which promotes cultural exchange within the Franco-Arab community.
The 12th edition of the festival will take place from November 17th to 28th 2023. As part of the FFFA, a short film competition is organized every year.

Specific criterias
Requirements for submission of a film:
• the film must cover the theme of the festival: the cultural
connection between France and the Arab world through
the topic, the production and/or financing campaign, or the
composition of the team.
• the film must be 30 minutes or less.
• the film must be completed between 2022 and 2023.
French subtitles have to be provided for submissions in
foreign languages.
Only one entry per director is allowed.
Anyone submitting a film guarantees that the information provided on the submission form is accurate. Each participant thereby declares that he/she holds all the rights of reproduction, exhibition and distribution of his/her film.
He/she guarantees having secured all the authorizations pertaining to the material being submitted.
