More than just a series of screenings, the festival is a hub for discussion and discovery, offering masterclasses and exclusive talks with filmmakers and film composers. It also embraces innovative storytelling by featuring immersive virtual reality experiences, offering audiences new ways to engage with music and film.
With its warm and festive atmosphere, Lisula CineMusica has become a key cultural event in Corsica, shining a light on musical cinema while celebrating the Corsican artistic heritage.
As part of its 8th edition, which will take place in L’Île-Rousse from October 14 to 21, 2025, the LISULA CINEMUSICA Festival invites you to discover and participate in its Musical Short Film Competition, scheduled for Thursday, October 16, 2025.
All genres are accepted (Fiction, Documentary, Animation, Experimental, etc.), as long as music is the central driving force of the narrative or the soul of the cinematic project.
An exceptional opportunity to showcase your work to an enthusiastic audience and a jury of renowned professionals from the worlds of film and music.

Specific criteria
Music must be at the heart of the film, the central driving force of the narrative, or the soul of the cinematic project.
As part of the 8th edition, the LISULA CINEMUSICA Festival invites you to discover and participate in its second Music Video Competition, which will be held on June 21, 2025, on Music Day.

Specific criteria
The music videos clips must be a creative and coherent visual interpretation of a musical piece, with music at the heart of the project. All styles are accepted, as long as the visuals fully serve the sonic universe and artistic intent of the track.
