The short film must be on the theme of prison and, more specifically for this year's competition, on "What kind of prison to make society?
If the short film is in a foreign language, it must be subtitled in French.
The Festival Prize, worth 500€, will be awarded by a jury on the basis of the following criteria:
- Relevance of the film's message,
- The film's originality and creativity,
- Technical quality.
